A registered massage therapist can help treat your chronic pain and injury-related discomfort by using several types of therapeutic massage techniques. At Cariboo Chiropractic & Medical Centre, we offer RMT services to clients in Williams Lake. Massage is now widely offered as a treatment for several medical conditions and situations. Massage can provide soothing pain relief and is a great way to treat stress and anxiety disorders.

Our RMTs will consult with you on your concerns and study your medical history to develop a treatment plan to get to the root of your problem. REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Jeannine Boitier, RMT

Jeannine graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in January 2018, and having been raised in the community of Big Lake Ranch, moved back as soon as her schooling was complete.

Her techniques range from light to moderately deep, using a combination of gentle fascia stretching and specific pinpointed Trigger Point release. Both styles require a bit of time for the tissues to loosen, but working with the fascia is more superficial, Trigger Point release can be quite deep depending on the muscle the knot inhabits.

She has also recently taken the Basic/Level 1 course for the Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), meaning she is certified to treat intact lymphatic systems in this method.

When not at work, she is either on the move or studying yet another anatomy and physiology/medical-related book.
